Shipping policy

* Orders that are being processed are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

* Please be advised during any type of natural disasters such as Flooding, Tornados & Hurricanes our shipping times will vary due to postal service problems that are outside of our control. If you have any concerns about your order please reach out to us with your full name, email & confirmation number so we can best assist you. 

* During High Volume times we will get all orders out within 5 to 8 days (excluding weekends and holidays)    

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For FREE shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on ANY orders over $100.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada,Australia. 

All international orders please be aware that delivery timelines may vary depending on the carrier and or border holdings (ex. 8 to 20 days). If you need any assistance during the process we will help you as much as we can here, to make your purchase and time a pleasant one. *Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Replica Racing] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@replicaracing.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We DO NOT offer shipping to P.O. boxes at this time. We Apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see "Refund Policy" for full information. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@replicaracing.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
